Day 15-Sheena

Breakfast- rice krispies and skim milk
Lunch- rice krispies and skim milk, strawberry yogurt, dried mango, fortune cookie
Snack- 10 low salt almonds, dried mango
Heading to the gym today for Zumba and Yoga Fusion.
Dinner- a couple chips and salsa, string cheese, salad w. chicken and a little bit of thousand island dressing, and cottage cheese.

I think that french fries are my downfall too at restaurants! I do try to get a salad or something on the side instead, or see if they have 1/2 sandwich/soup or salad meal combos.

I went grocery shopping and picked up some good food!

it's especially hard when i'm at a place that has ridiculously delicious fries! AND they make it hard b/c sometimes you have to pay extra for a salad substitute...like at the dane. i love their fries, and i've tried their "free" substitutes, but i don't like them as much!
