Breakfast- Peach Yogurt
Snack- some Doritos, small piece of lemon cake
Lunch- cottage cheese, ham &american on a roll, small piece of sausage pizza, baby pickle, diced pears and a chocolate ice cream
Heading to the gym for Zumba and Yoga as long as nausea doesn't set in. I had a very fun and unexpected Valentine's day at the bar! I had a great time, which is pretty rare.
Dinner- diced pears, lettuce & chicken w. thousand island, bagel w. banana, cream cheese, strawberry jam
Overall not a bad day....I'm slowly improving!
