Day 13-Sheena

Breakfast- 2 little pieces of quiche (one lorraine, one bacon/swiss), a pile of fruit (melon, grapes, pineapple, strawberries), a couple little pastries and some hot tea, one dark chocolate hershey's kiss.

I have to work at the terrace today from 3-10, so dinner will be there at 8 or so. I will probably eat a little more quiche before I go in. (since they sent me home with an entire quiche!) I am going to try and finish my essays today, though we will see. It is gorgeous out. 45 degrees fahrenheit. Hooray! I hope that people are going out tonight, so I can head for a quick drink after I get off work. Tomorrow I have Book Club brunch at 10 and then I volunteer to answer phones for the radio station's pledge drive from 2-5. I got in to one grad school so far (Grand Valley in MI) and got rejected from U of Connecticut. I have to hear from 3 more, and finish my apps for another 2. This is such a long process!

More later or tomorrow. Good job everyone. I need to definitely look back on my last couple weeks and see what changes I need to make. What do you guys think?

Ok: actual food consumption:
Lunch- salad w. ranch and a bread roll
Dinner- Steak and potatoes, salad w. champagne mustard vinaigrette
Drinks- Miller Lite, Guinness

I think you've started eating a bit more healthy during this time. As far as I remember you had more of those delicious delights in the beginning than you do now. Oh and more exercising now. Good for you.

I agree with Annika. This seems to be a healthier routine than before! :) Good job and keep it up!
