Breakfast - yoghurt
lunch- 2 chicken legs and 2 glasses of milk.
now i might have to have a danish and some soda.
did 15 mins on my bike this morning and thought i'd do more later.. if i feel like it. -- so I didn't exercise more..
dinner - rice, and few small pieces of chocolate I had left from christmas.
dinner 2 - liver casseroli. Had to eat more, I need food when I'm drunk.
--since I had to have that delicious danish I figured I might just as well open my wine and drink it. Go back to healthy living tomorrow.--
