Day 18 - Annika

Rye sandwich with liver sausage, lettuce, cucumber, tomato for breakfast

Chicken wok for lunch. No rice. 2 glasses of milk and lots of salad. Yesterday's dessert, but not as much.

a banana

a can of peaches. then milk later.
frozen blueberries. 38 minutes of biking with lipstick jungle

I weighed myself this morning and it was less than before. Whenever I've lost even a little weight I get this feeling of success and it motivates me.
