Day 24-Sheena

Breakfast- chips w. spinach/artichoke dip/salsa

Lunch- Lettuce w. tomato & cukes w. thousand island, tomato/cuke/feta/onion salad, fruit salad (strawberrys, melon, grapes, apple, banana), french bread and a cream soda (there was my downfall because it wasn't diet :( )

Heading to the gym for TurboKick class, and then out for a social w. the Outdoor Meetup Group. I'm going to be working out less this week, since I can only do one class today, and then I work Friday and Saturday at my other job, so I won't be able to go to class either of those days. I will have to try and get out and be active on Saturday and Sunday to make up for it.

Dinner-Chipotle BLT, coleslaw, a pickles, and 2 Capital Maibock beers
