breakfast similar bread roll as yesterday.
lunch lots of fruit(orange, mango, water melon mix), small piece of almond fish and very little chili con carne and very little potato-kebabsomething. piece of blueberry pie for dessert. 2 glasses of milk.
2 cups of hot cocoa.
I had to buy a small bag of candy because I got a free bag of cat food for it.
the I just had to have a tuna-mayo sandwich.. and i had to eat it. and it wasnt even as good as i had hoped.
--later we'll have some chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes, but i am skipping the potatoes. I am going to really start avoiding pasta, rice and potatoes in all forms from now on. shouldnt be too hard. except i'm going to eat rest of yesterdays ham salad with the nuggets. which also arent very light and healthy but at least i wont deep fry them.--
sudden realization while buying milk.. why am i having the nuggets anyway? so I'm going to skip them and have milk instead. that was the idea in the first place. after having some sick days and eating in the evening for strength I forgot my plan.
then i got us Runebergin torttus for dessert for this is Runeberg's day.
also got grapes and smoked chili cheese but i'll save those for tomorrow.
i didnt lose any weight during my sick days.. i must have eaten too much or i have very slow digestion..
i was feeling awful all morning. then suddenly after noon I felt fine. a bit later i felt like a normal person again.
I wore my new running shoes to the milk shop and it was really hard to just walk. good to feel good again.
