man, i have to get out of the habit of eating unhealthily over the weekend!
i had a burger, and mac and cheese, and some dip stuff with chips...ugh....talk about feeling like crap afterward!
i did work out this morning, though, for about an hour. i felt a lot better!
i'm going to have yogurt soon, a granola bar, and i plan to have organic brown rice for lunch. not sure about dinner, but i'm thinking of doing the special k thing...just have a bowl of cereal for dinner.

I know, on the weekend it's hard to make yourself eat real healthy meals, I usually just munch at odd times. It's good for me to see all this crap that I've been eating though, maybe it'll motivate me more!
