day 30 - Annika

I've made a decision. I'm going to weigh myself next on the 23th of March. Not sooner. I'm going to do my best to follow the points and hopefully be pleasantly surprised after a month.

Breakfast=pumpkin seed roll, 2.5
Lunch= lots of salad inc. canned mandarines about, 1.5
2 glasses of milk, 2
a slice of meat loaf, maybe 2 points.
snack= a pear 1 point

Dinner=spicy thai soup 2
2 tortillas 10
