good foods!

i finally went grocery shopping this weekend, because as much as i like mac and cheese, i don't like it every day! (tony has it practically every day!) since tony will only buy said mac and cheese, diet soda, and sometimes bread and cheese from the store, we were seriously lacking fruits and veggies. so i went and loaded up on them!

by the way, have you guys ever used plain yogurt as a dipping sauce for carrots? i gave it a try last night, and it was delicious! :D (i usually use ranch).

i worked out on saturday, once again, kicking my own butt. once i get motivated enough to go to the gym on weekends, i go all out. which is good, but i have to work on staying motivated! last week, rebecca cancelled two early morning workouts, and i had set my alarm to get up and go alone, but when there's not someone depending on me, i tend to snooze. oops. oh well...

Way to kick your own butt and to buy fruits and veggies! I went shopping alone last night and got more fruit than I usually do, which is good. I also got donuts...not so good.

I kick my own butt when the teenager is working at curves. She doesn't talk to anyone, so I don't get distracted during my workout. Can usually feel it afterwards.

Is it bad that while I'm contributing to this blog I'm eating a sucker? I'm thinking so! :P
