Friday 3rd

Breakfast - All Bran cereal. Green tea. (took an apple in case I get too hungry before lunch, haven't eaten it yet)
Lunch - crispy fish thing with caramel kissel, 2x milk
had the apple a bit before going home
grapes, cabbage, lots of cabbage
cabbage soup,
black currant smoothie
