I'm calling this day 1. I need more self control. I need to stay away from sugar.
It's getting warmer and snow's almost melted away. This means outdoor activities. Jogging, biking, at least when it dries.
Breakfast - All Bran & green tea
Lunch - a tiny portion of spaghetti bolognaise, 2 glasses of milk, green tea. (didn't take any rose hip quark though it's super good. proud of myself)

Dinner - Spinach soup with an egg

very good, very cheap ice cream at the store. didn't buy any. proud

everyone's allowed to start over! :) and way to go with avoiding the ice cream! that used to be my downfall...now i just skip that aisle all together.
