Day 3-Sheena

Not doing too well today, though I only woke up once last night, so I'm getting better healthwise!

Breakfast: 2 pieces of double chocolate loaf :(, apple
Lunch: 2 pieces hawaiian thin crust pizza, 1 piece bbq chicken thin crust pizza, 1 breadstick, 1 thin crisp triscuit I was full after 2 pieces of pizza, but then had another. I need to stop doing that and not letting myself keep eating when I know I don't need anymore!
Dinner: Grilled ham and cheese on whole wheat bread and tomato soup with a glass of skim milk

i've noticed that if i know in my head that i shouldn't eat another piece of pizza, i just have to wait a little while, and then my body will tell me i'm full. i tell myself that the less i eat now, the more i'll have for future meals.

i usually stop at 2 pieces.
