so...i'm excited about halloween! not quite sure what i'll do about the candy, though...i have the tendency to eat quite a bit of it when there's a supply. any suggestions on cutting back on the candy?
i did not work out today because my workout buddy was taking a vacation day. kind of stinks that i can't get up to work out in the morning unless someone's depending on me! hopefully tomorrow i'll be able to get motivated to go to the gym....i tend to kick my own butt on the weekends!
i made a really yummy slow cooker soup-type thing last night. not sure how healthy it was, so maybe next time i'll add some veggies to it. it consisted of tomato bisque, french onion soup, italian seasoning, tiny shell noodles and mozarella cheese. mmmm.
i wish i could go for a walk after work, but i have a bunch of stuff to do and it's gross weather outside!
i'm going to have to think of good motivation for working out in the winter, when all i want to do is hibernate! maybe if i eventually got a wii-fit, i'd work out more at home. hmm.

Karen, sometimes what I do at work since we have a well stocked candy dish, is I only limit myself to a certain amount per day. This is of course when I'm motivated. Currently I'm not. Otherwise you could always fool yourself by having a healthier substitute. Eat a lot of healthy food before going out, so you're not hungry. Does any of that sound feasible?
I would like the recipe! Sounds yummy!
