Hi guys!
I'm starting to do a Couch to 5K podcast. I had my first run today. The podcast is on Itunes, and basically it is a 9 week program that builds you up to running a 5K. I thought I was in fairly good shape, though I don't run, but I had a rough time. I guess it is tougher to run at 7000 ft than at WI altitude, so I'll just hope that it gets better. I'm planning on running the podcast on M-W-F this week, and hopefully next week I'll feel good enough to move up to week 2.
I've been rather bad the last month or so with working out, because it is such a pain to lug all of my stuff to school each day, and I'm crazy busy with homework and other stuff. Hopefully I can get back in some sort of workout habit. I'm hoping to run, and then get back into working out at home. Lifting, lunges, pushups, sit-ups, etc. I think I'm going to buy a calendar so I can write down what I do each week, rather than type it into a program or something.

i'm doing alright...i went to the gym this morning for the first time in 2 weeks. last week, i was pretty sick, and the week before, i was just plain busy. it felt good to get back into the swing of things! (although, i might have kicked my own butt a little too much...i'm sore!)
tony got a wii for his birthday a couple weeks ago. i'm thinking maybe i'll save up for a wii fit because i have heard many good things about it. :)
