Under 180!

Hooray, I am finally under 180. Only 179, but that's a big milestone! I'm sure it will still fluctuate, but I am excited that it keeps slowly coming off. I'm doing something right, which is good cause I'm so bad at dieting, so it's good to know that working out actually works! I'm sure eventually I'll plateau and have to diet a bit, but I will cross that bridge when I come to it!

How are you guys doing?

that's awesome, sheena! congrats!

things are going well. i'm attempting to step it up a notch with my workouts (going more often and longer, adding a little more weight to the machines, etc)...

i can feel more definition in my muscles, so hopefully, i'll drop the lbs soon! :D
