me

Previously I was eating low fat and exercising like mad for about 2 months. Got no results.
Last week I went back to low carb diet. I also got sick so I was unable to exercise at all. Surprise surprise I've lost about 3 pounds in a week. No counting calories, only carbs. There is a downside.. my stomach doesn't work all that well after a week of low carb, but..
I'm hoping to get to normal weight soon

Annika,

I too was a on low carb diet about 6 years ago. I remember having problems after transitioning from it back to carbs...even complex carbs. I did however lose weight on it.

My doctor just told me I should eat like a vegetarian. I like the idea, however I am a carb junkie, and I would only eat fruit/veggies and bad carbs. Yikes!

I have been doing Weight Watchers for what seems like a million years (actually 6 years with 2 pregnancies in between) But this week I decided to do the low carb "Simply Filling" plan. I always lose weight but then crave sweets and go back to the regular points plan. So frustrating!
