5 pounds in one week!!

After the horrible eating weekend I weighed myself and was horrified. Decided to take a serious step into losing weight and it worked. I haven't been hungry or anything but still I managed to lose 5 pounds in one week :)
that should be a great motivator for keeping this up.
Also been biking to work and swimming everyday for the past 6 days. It should also help.

well it's good that a bad weekend motivated you to get back on track! i need to find myself a pool...swimming is really good exercise!

Wow! Biking and swimming definitely would help! I just have one more month left here in Madison, so I hope that I am still motivated to go to the gym in Flagstaff.
